Simple Search provides a single data entry field and a configurable list of searches. It can be used to configure frequently used searches, on Documentum objects, using full text searches or to query registered tables. When you have for example an Equipment master table or Product table, a simple search on the description field can save your users a lot of time. Our 2018 version of Delilah introduces a more advanced Properties component. The Properties can be configured for each of the Documentum Object Types you want to support. This configuration requires administrator access to your Documentum system. Deactivating Documents in DQL We received questions from Delilah users who would like to see functionality to be added that allows documents to be deactivated.
